The Union Village Semi-Annual Meeting of Members!

As Stated on page one, the semi-annual meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on August 7th 2007, at the Scheben Branch Boone County Library. It will be necessary to discuss and vote on a number of issues. the following topics will be discussed:

	Collection of unpaid dues.
	Complaints received by the Board of Directors.
	Dogs Barking at night.
	Board of Directors vacancy.
	Ongoing by-law infractions.

Keep in mind, the "by-laws" clearly state what percentage of the voting members is necessary to amend our "by-laws" It is critical all dues to the Association be current to have a vote (on per property).
