Board of Directors' Mission Statement:The Union Village Homeowners' Board of Directors' desire is to provide for the preservation of the values and amenities of Union Village Properties, and to maintain the common areas and facilities and to subject all properties to the covenants, restrictions, easements, charges and liens, for the benefit of said properties and their owners. In essence, it is the board's responsibility to enforce the rules and regulations, covenants and restrictions, and to maintain the common areas. The common areas are the entrances and landscaping to the subdivision, and the street gas lights. The dues paid by the homeowners are used to maintain these common facilities, and pay for the utilities to operate these common holdings! Please keep in mind , the sole purpose of the board of Directors is to maintain the integrity of this subdivision, in order to make it more livable, by maintaining the common properties, and enforcing the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Ownership! |
