Current "By-Law" Infractions to be Addressed!There are multiple residences of Union Village that are in violation of the "Union Village Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Ownership" knowingly and unknowingly. For a number of years it seems most residences worked hard at keeping the "By-Laws". For some unknown reason, that is not the case today! Some have directly sought out the Board of Directors to make exceptions to the "By-Laws", and when turned down, proceeded anyway. At the upcoming Semi-Annual Union Village Home Owners' Association Meeting in January, infractions will be addressed. The Board will give every opportunity to the offending parties to rectify these circumstances. If these situations are not handled or corrected in a reasonable time, or said perpetrators refuse to conform to the "By-Laws", then the Board of Directors will have no choice but to resort to legal action. The Board wants to remind everyone that the costs of such legal action will be the responsibility of the offending parties, and not the Board of Directors! Items to Resolve:
Believe it or not, these infractions directly cause the decline of each homeowner's property values, and ability to sell said property to otherwise interested parties! These rules aren't to make your lives difficult or to restrict your "life, liberty, or your pursuit of happiness" at all, but to protect the "life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness" of Al members of the Association and Their property values! |
